Data and AI
How Tyllus uses AI to read import documents, with people in control.
Tyllus reads proforma and commercial invoices, packing lists, house bills of lading, ISF filings, 7501 entry summaries, and forwarder and broker invoices for you, and double-checks every value. Agreeing values are marked Accepted; anything uncertain is marked Needs review so a person confirms it before it is used.

How does Tyllus read shipping documents?
Tyllus reads 8 US document types and 7 for Mexico, including the pedimento, and fills in shipment details, product lines, costs and duty lines from them. The source document always stays attached to the shipment.
Values that agree are accepted. Values that are uncertain are marked Needs review and show the alternatives side by side, so the right person picks or types the correct one.
- Every read value is double-checked before it is accepted.
- Uncertain values are marked Needs review and can be corrected in one place.
- Ask Tyllus AI reads and summarizes your workspace data; it does not change data on its own.
