Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund requests, subscription cancellations, and payment disputes for Tyllus are handled. Payments may be processed by Paddle as the authorized reseller and merchant of record. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.

Effective date: July 31, 2026

Last updated: July 31, 2026

1. Scope and payment provider

This policy applies to paid Tyllus subscriptions, renewals, add-ons, and other digital service transactions.

Where Paddle processes a transaction as the authorized reseller and merchant of record, the purchase is made from Paddle and Paddle verifies eligibility and processes any approved refund. Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy also apply to that transaction.

2. General refund rule

Unless applicable law, Paddle’s rules, or a written Tyllus agreement requires otherwise, completed transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

A refund may be considered for duplicate charges, an incorrect charge, a material technical defect that prevents access to the subscribed service after a reasonable opportunity to resolve it, or another case required by law.

3. Consumer withdrawal rights

Eligible consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain digital service transactions within 14 calendar days. Eligibility depends on the buyer’s location, the transaction type, and whether use or delivery of the digital service began with the buyer’s consent.

Business purchases do not automatically receive consumer withdrawal rights. Any non-waivable local consumer right continues to apply.

4. Subscriptions and cancellations

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation is different from a refund and does not automatically refund unused time in the current period.

Use the manage-subscription link in the Paddle receipt or the billing controls made available for your Tyllus account before the next renewal date.

5. How to request a refund

Use the View receipt, Manage subscription, or support link in your Paddle transaction email, or visit paddle.net and choose the refund request option. You may also contact info@qodex.com.tr so we can help identify the transaction and investigate a product issue.

Include the purchase email address, transaction or receipt number, purchase date, the reason for the request, and relevant evidence. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive credentials.

6. Review and payment method

Paddle and, where relevant, Tyllus may review transaction records, account usage, technical evidence, prior refunds, fraud indicators, and applicable law. Fraudulent, abusive, or duplicative requests may be refused where legally permitted.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on Paddle, the payment method, and the buyer’s financial institution.

7. Technical issues

Please report a material access or service problem promptly and allow a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and resolve it. If a material defect cannot be resolved, available remedies may include restoration of service, replacement access, credit, or refund as required by applicable law and Paddle’s policy.
