1. Information We Collect
We collect information that users, customers, shipment partners, service providers, and third-party systems provide to us or generate through use of Tyllus.
The types of information we may collect include account and business information such as company names, business addresses, user names, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, account settings, billing information, subscription information, and other information related to your Tyllus account.
Users may enter partner and contact information about shippers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, vendors, suppliers, customers, employees, representatives, and other shipment partners or contacts. This may include names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, business addresses, roles, shipment responsibilities, and related contact details.
We may collect shipment information such as shipment references, booking information, container numbers, bill of lading information, vessel information, voyage information, departure and arrival information, shipment status, tracking information, milestone information, partner selections, document status, shipment notes, and related operational information.
Tyllus may collect, store, process, read, analyze, and display shipment documents and related files, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, entry summaries, ISF-related documents, customs documents, freight invoices, customs broker invoices, carrier documents, partner-submitted documents, and other shipment-related records.
Shipment partners, including shippers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other selected parties, may submit shipment information or upload documents through shipment-specific links provided by Tyllus. Information and documents submitted through these links may be associated with the applicable shipment record and made available to the Tyllus customer or user account connected to that shipment.
If Tyllus offers paid plans or subscriptions, we may collect billing details, payment status, subscription plan information, invoice information, payment records, and related billing information. Payment card or payment method information may be processed by third-party payment processors.
We may collect technical, device, and usage information such as IP addresses, browser type, device information, operating system, login information, timestamps, pages viewed, features used, dashboard activity, upload activity, partner link activity, error logs, cookies, analytics data, and other technical or usage information.
We may collect information from emails, support requests, platform messages, feedback, onboarding communications, product inquiries, and other communications with Tyllus.
