Official summary

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that producers/exporters subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.

In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to 15 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
