China truck bed covers: final subsidy finding, order pending
Commerce’s 19 October 2026 final subsidy finding sets 11.60% for Hangzhou Golden Sun, 77.17% for Changzhou Sunwood, 43.43% for all others and 142.11% for six named non-cooperating firms. This is a final Commerce determination, not yet a CVD order.
What changed
The notice retains the suspension framework for covered entries from 31 July 2026. Issuing an order and requiring the stated final deposits depend on an affirmative final ITC injury finding. A negative injury outcome would terminate the proceeding and cancel or refund the provisional security. Do not apply the largest headline rate to every Chinese cover.
Three checks for import teams
- Match truck bed cover scope and the exact producer/exporter with the final table.
- Separate the 31 July suspension boundary from a future order’s deposit instructions.
- Watch the ITC injury result and subsequent order before assigning final-order treatment.
