Spain steel strand: TYCSA’s final AD deposit is 13.57%

Commerce finalized a 13.57% dumping margin for TYCSA’s covered Spanish prestressed-concrete steel wire strand, unchanged from the preliminary result. It becomes TYCSA’s AD deposit for entries for consumption or warehouse withdrawals from 26 October 2026.

What changed

The notice covers the 2024–2025 review. Historical entries use importer-specific assessment rates, while the residual all-others deposit remains 14.75% and other reviewed suppliers keep their applicable rates.

Assessment instructions will issue no earlier than 35 days after publication, subject to court safeguards; the final result does not make every historical entry liable at 13.57%.

Three checks for import teams

  • Match Global Special Steel Products S.A.U., trading as Trenzas y Cables de Acero PSC, S.L., to the invoice and case A-469-821.
  • Separate the 13.57% new deposit from importer-specific historical assessments and the residual 14.75% rate.
  • Confirm the covered entry dates and broker instructions; the source gives inconsistent review-period end dates.
