Mexico authorizes port infrastructure tariffs for Tuxpan
Mexico’s Secretariat of the Navy (SEMAR) published an official notice on 28 Aug 2026 announcing authorized tariffs for use of port infrastructure at Tuxpan, Veracruz. The notice says the notice itself is effective on publication and the tariffs will take effect 20 business days after publication; the schedule is available via a provided PDF link.
What changed
The notice points readers to the tariff schedule at www.dof.gob.mx/2026/SEMAR/3842_2026.pdf. The published DOF excerpt does not include the numeric tariff lines; operators must consult the linked PDF to see specific rates and scope.
