India pressure pipe: Suncity’s final AD deposit is 0.74%
Commerce’s final review sets a 0.74% antidumping margin for Suncity Metals and Tubes on covered Indian welded stainless pressure pipe. That becomes its AD cash-deposit rate for entries for consumption, or warehouse withdrawals, from 22 October 2026.
What changed
The final result changes the calculation after comments on the preliminary review and covers 1 November 2023–31 October 2024. Historical entries will use importer-specific assessment rates; CBP instructions will issue no earlier than 35 days after publication, with court-filing safeguards.
Other suppliers keep their applicable prior rates, and the residual all-others deposit remains 8.35%.
Three checks for import teams
- Match the exporter/producer to Suncity Metals and Tubes Private Limited and the written product scope in case A-533-867.
- Use the entry or warehouse-withdrawal date to distinguish the new 0.74% deposit from the rate applicable to earlier entries.
- Reconcile 2023–2024 entries using importer-specific assessment instructions and file the required duty-reimbursement certificate before liquidation.
